What pests do you treat?
We specialize in controlling a wide range of common pests in the Bay of Quinte area, including ants, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, flies, bed bugs, earwigs, cockroaches, beetles, mice, rats, squirrels, moles, raccoons, groundhogs, and skunks. Our services cover both insect and rodent control for residential and commercial properties.
Are your pest control treatments safe for my family, pets, and the environment?
Yes, we use approved pesticides and methods in compliance with Ontario's Pesticides Act and Health Canada regulations. Our licensed technicians prioritize safe, targeted applications. For interior treatments, no one (including pets) is permitted inside during service, and we recommend no re-entry for at least 4 hours afterward. We can discuss specific concerns and options for eco-friendly or low-impact treatments.
How do I prepare for a pest control service?
Preparation depends on the type of treatment:
- **Interior Treatments:** Pull beds, dressers, shelving, etc., away from walls if possible. No people or pets are allowed inside during service.
- **Exterior Treatments or Exterior Pest Program:** Cover or bring inside pet toys, wildlife feeders, and bird baths; close all windows; switch off air conditioning units; and tilt patio furniture upside down if you want underneath areas treated.
What is your 30-Day Pest-Free Guarantee?
All interior and exterior treatments come with a 30-day guarantee. If the treated pest problem persists within 30 days, contact us for a free re-treatment and further inspection. Note: This applies to the originally treated pests and does not cover new infestations from external sources.
How much does pest control cost?
Quotes are provided based on details you share (e.g., property size, pest type, infestation level). Prices may vary after the technician inspects your property due to factors like square footage, dense shrubbery, or distance. We accept credit card, e-transfer, cash, or cheque, with payment due after service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without fees. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice incur a $95 + HST Service Call Fee.
What happens if it rains on the day of my exterior treatment?
Inclement weather, such as heavy rainfall, can reduce treatment effectiveness. We may reschedule last-minute and will contact you as soon as possible (possibly on the day of service) to arrange a new time.
Do you offer ongoing protection plans?
Yes! We have Pest Protection Plans tailored to your needs, including options for year-round insect control, rodent prevention, or complete pest coverage (insects + rodents). How soon can you come for a service?
