Pricing: Displayed pricing is based on an average sized home (up to 2500 sq. ft) in a commonly serviced area. Price varies based on product usage, square footage, distance, and surroundings.

Insect: All insect treatments come with a 30-day guarantee. Spiders, ants, beetles, flies, and more. Does not warranty for wasp nests or carpenter ant nests. Treatments must all be done in 2024. No carrying treatments into following years. 

Rodent: Rats, squirrels, moles, and other rodents are not covered under six-month warranty - only mice. Rodent service can begin anytime, but is recommended to begin early Fall to cover your home through the cooler months when rodents are more active inside.
